Retirement Counselor / Income & Pension Specialist / Enlighten Couselor
Sherry Martin, FPA
Before entering the financial industry, Sherry Martin spent over 25 years in the medical field, leading business operations for large Orthopedic Surgery practices. In that role, she was instrumental in helping physicians grow successful practices through strategic planning, operational leadership, and a clear focus on sustainable growth. While she found deep fulfillment in supporting others’ success, she eventually realized she hadn’t applied the same foresight to her own retirement planning.
That realization became a turning point.
Sherry transitioned into financial services with a clear mission: to help others proactively prepare for retirement by creating personal pension strategies that support long-term security and lifestyle goals. Now, with over a decade of experience, she specializes in income distribution, pension optimization, and annuity planning with Five Pathways.
Sherry is passionate about guiding individuals and families through the complexities of retirement with clarity, education, and confidence. Whether helping someone navigate a major life transition or plan decades in advance, she brings insight and steady support to every step of the journey.
She believes retirement should be a time to enjoy life—not to worry about outliving your money. Whether that means traveling, spending time with grandkids, gardening, or sailing around the world, Sherry helps clients build strategies that empower them to live the retirement they’ve envisioned.
When she’s not helping others plan for the future, Sherry enjoys traveling with her husband, relaxing at their beach house, cheering on her grandkids at their games, or hiking with her dog. She brings that same sense of balance and joy to the relationships she builds with clients.
With a strong foundation in both business strategy and personal connection, Sherry approaches every client relationship with one goal: to help people create the retirement they deserve—and live the life they imagine.
